Community Service

    Community Service Chair, Spring 2024

My name is Isabelle, and I am honored to be the community chair for Delta Kappa Psi this semester. As a Senior at the University of Redlands, I am so excited to have found my home surrounded by so many zealous and powerful women.

I have lived all around the world and viewed stark inequality in each country I have lived in, while I had immense privilege. Because of this, I have been passionate about serving my surrounding communities and making sure I am using my privilege to give back to others.

As the Community Service Chair, I aspire to make community service opportunities more accessible, while also holding sisters more accountable for missing their hours. Now that we have transitioned to having the Ronald McDonald House as our philanthropy, I plan on making “Bakers for Love”, where we bake cookies for the families there, a bi-weekly instillation for Delta. My biggest goal is to make sure we are doing meaningful service which not only impacts the people we serve but ultimately, us as a sisterhood.

I am excited to see all that this wonderful group of women can achieve and the change we can institute.
